Aalii will be the newest addition to Howard Hughes' lineup of condominiums in Ward Village. The building was designed with Hawaii's high housing demand in mind. The 751 unit condo will have units ranging from the $300,000s up to $1 million. About 150 of those 751 units will be designated as "Reserved Housing." This will allow Hawaii's Workforce the opportunity to purchase and live in a home in the heart of the thriving Ward Village community.

Aalii will be located at 987 Queen St. Honolulu, HI 96814, a very short walk to all of what Ward Village has to offer. The future site is located right next to the upcoming A'eo project right behind Ward Theaters.

Aalii will have no shortage of amenities at the resident's disposal. Each level will have 18 units each, along with the use of 6 individual elevators. All the units in the main building will boast 8.5ft high ceilings will floor-to-ceiling windows as well as individual useable lanais. The podium units alongside the building will consist of 1-bedrooms and studios featuring 9.5ft ceilings. The lobby will include 11,000sf of retail space and even a dog run!  All amenity areas will have access to free high speed Wi-Fi as well. Aalii will also be guarded by 24/7 security staff.

Purchasing Process
Like most buildings with "Reserved Housing", Aalii's affordable units will most likely be sold lottery style. Sales are expected to begin in the next few weeks as the sales gallery finishes its construction.
